Located in Graha Bintang Building 1st floor, the Family Center offers a lot of service and assistance to the family of crew members.
The Family Center...
Provides assistance to the crew and their family members on shore in terms of communication, package/mail sending and other logistical requirements that maybe needed;
Conducts counseling (family matter, education, insurance, housing, pension, etc) to the family of the crew;
Conducts house to house visit to family members to ensure that their living condition is safe and healthy;
Provides program for family members that will ensure entertainment, assistance in livelihood projects and the like;
Assists families of crew members in times of calamities and disasters
