Kitchen Facilities


 

 

 

We have shipboard standard Kitchen facilities. We are subjected to principal audits and checks to ensure that the quality of our training is following their standards.  Here, students will experience real cooking production so they will get used to the shipboard cooking method and sanitation.

  12. 3-compartment sink for pots and pans washing

  15. Stoves
  16. Ice machine
